I’ll be doing a morning demo with the South Coast Woodturning Club in Coos Bay, Oregon, on August 8th, 2020. Contact Chris for information on how to participate.
For the first time, I’ll be running a weekend course on easy wood identification. Mostly we will use hand lenses to ID wood, but will have a few microscope tricks as well. Class will be mostly lecture and hands-on wood ID of temperate hardwoods, with a few softwoods and tropicals thrown in.
